My Approach

Building affordable housing takes both vision and precision. I partner with developers, Housing Authorities, and non-profits to bring both. I draw on over a decade of experience layering LIHTC, HUD loan programs, and tax-exempt bonds to successfully deliver projects on time, on budget, and in full compliance. I provide the technical know-how to pilot your project from the calm waters of predevelopment, through the stormy seas of the execution phase, and into the smooth sailing of operations.
